  12. Yep.. exact same thing happened to me.. If the DTR is not up when I turn
  13. the modem on, then it won't work, unless i raise the DTR and cycle the
  14. modem's power.. (external sportster 33.6k).. really annoying..

  24. : the modem doesnt sense DTR correctly on power-on, so that the modem
  25. : initialization will not be ok. To overcome this problem, one can
  26. : exit the cmmunication software and re-run it or turn-off the power switch
  27. : of the modem and then trun it on. After correctly initialing the modem,
  28. : everything is just fine.
